Partnership engagements.
The studio takes on a small number of scoped engagements with organisations that need the platform, the architectures, or the team behind them. Engagements are direct, time-bounded, and described before they begin.
Four phases.
A first conversation. The studio listens, asks, and forms a view on whether the work is a fit. No deck.
If there is a fit, a written scope: what will be built, on what timeline, by whom, against what success criteria. Signed before any work begins.
The studio team works inside the engagement, against the scope. Cadence is weekly. Surprises are surfaced early.
At the end of the scope, a written review: what shipped, what did not, what the studio recommends next. The engagement either renews or closes.
Three things.
Akki, deployed for the engagement. Synisense at the boundary. Production-grade from day one.
Solva for reasoning. Synisense for governance. Both as deployed components, or as standalone frameworks.
Studio principals and operators on the engagement. Not a delivery pool.
What we don't.
Strategy decks. Workshop facilitation as a deliverable. Long discovery phases without commitment. Resale of model capacity. Branded chatbots. The studio's time is committed to building.
